Nikki has extensive Office Management experience. She has previously worked in HR, personnel, finance and PA roles. She joined Long Furrows in November 2002. She previously spent 15 years as an administrator in the Army and prior to joining the team she worked as an Office Manager/PA for a small engineering company in Colchester.

Shirley Bendall

Home Manager

Shirley has been working with people in care since 1990, initially with the elderly mentally ill, people with Dementia, Alzheimer's, stroke and epilepsy. In1997 she moved into caring for people with challenging behaviour and learning disabilities and became involved in assessing and training staff towards NVQ.

Since 2002 she has been a member of the Charted Management Institute and the Institute of Leadership and Management. Shirley holds NVQ Level 4 in Management, D32/33 NVQ Assessors Awards and NVQ Level 3 in Care.

Kim Rymer

Home Manager, Meadowcroft Residential Care Home

Kim has been working with people in Care for 20 Years. She has a comprehensive knowledge of caring for the Elderly, people suffering from Mental Health problems, Dementia & Alzheimer's.

She joined our team in 2003 and has progressed in our organisation to Home Manager. Kim holds a NVQ Level 4 in Care Management.
